Overview

This Refund Policy explains when we may give a refund for services booked with Perfectmaidservice in Pune, India. We look at when you cancel, if the service is done, and what issue you report.

Eligibility for refunds

You may get a refund if you cancel on time. You may also get a refund if we cannot provide the service as booked. If there is a confirmed issue and we cannot fix it (for example, a re-clean), you may get a refund. Refund rules may change based on your plan and booking terms.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are usually not given for issues outside the booked work (for example, heavy clutter, pests, or undisclosed construction dust). We also do not refund if we cannot enter at the scheduled time. We do not refund for extra work that was not booked. Please report issues on time. If the service was completed as agreed, a refund is not given.

Cancellations & rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can. If your plan does not say otherwise, cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before the start time for a full refund or a free reschedule. Requests within 24 hours may have a partial charge for scheduling and travel. Same-day cancellations may be treated as late.

No-show policy

If our team arrives but cannot start (no access, no response, or unsafe conditions), it may count as a no-show. No-shows are usually not refundable. You may be charged fully or partly based on your plan and the time booked.

How refunds are processed

If approved, we send the refund to the same payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer). We usually start the refund within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment app may take more time to show it. If you paid cash, we may refund by UPI or bank transfer after we verify your details.

Service issues & complaints resolution

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours after the service. Share details and photos if you can. We may offer a re-clean, a partial refund, or another fix based on the issue and what you booked. We try to reply within 1 business day and resolve most issues within 3 business days.
